WORK EXPERIENCE February 2003 to Present – CVS/Caremark, Data Entry Clerk/Trainer

Duties include: Data entry for a mail order pharmacy, entering members/patients

information into computer system, updating members

Account information. I also do Order preparation, where we actually took orders

out of envelopes and prepped them to be scanned in the system, the paper orders

are then placed in a file room. I am a trainer of the new employees, teaching

them how the system works and in what order the members information runs

though the system. I am the leader of the “mail back team” this is a group of

employee that mail the members order back to them if the member request their

order to be canceled or if the member is not eligible for mail pharmacy.

March 2001-March 2007 – Talladega Super Speedway

Front Office Clerk Duties include: Signing in and out police officers and other

employees on their daily duties, keeping the books on equipment issued to

employees, answering the front desk phone and routing calls.

August 1997- March 1998- Kimberly Police Department- dispatcher

Duties included: Answering 911 calls, dispatching police officers to calls,

answering police radio calls. Faxing information to other police departments and

making copies of court information. Booking and releasing inmates, as well as

filling out a daily log sheet on duties police officers daily duties. I helped

preparing court documents and inmate records for court cases. Filing and

retrieving court documents for court hearings. I Left to attend classes at Wallace

State College.

Duties included: Assisting customers with sales, answer customers phone calls

and any questions with merchandise. Balance cash drawer at the end of every

shift.
