Project Coordinator -

. Review, draft and coordinate with the legal department in Houston and

Global Procurement in Oslo, all contracts required for the project.

These would include NDA's for prospective agreements, supplier

agreements including products, services and consulting services, terms

and conditions for purchase orders. Monitor all existing contracts

for coordination with operations that would affect procurement,

accounting, scheduling, engineering specifications and design and

other inter-related coordination with service providers. Input all

contractual agreements into the Contiki system and set templates and

excel spreadsheets for timelines and significant contractual terms.

. Procurement - Plan all the purchasing activity for projects.

Coordinate with team members the issuance of POs for all purchase of

equipment and materials. Schedule and participate in weekly

conference meetings with Technical Group to discuss design

specifications, the project management and lead times for all material

to be purchased. Coordinate all logistics for the shipping of

material and equipment to global offices or ports for future equipment

deliveries.

. Accounting - Manage project costs against budget and assist Controller

in all

finance tasks related to projects. Calculate all costs relative to

man hours (the
