Provide dataset access to users. Ensure all users are in compliance with
security policies and procedures. Reset passwords and un-suspend user
accounts. Ensure the security and protection of all system data.
Project Manager for Tape Operations 10/01/02 to 03/12/04
Plan, direct, control, schedule, coordinate and organize contract support
for Information Technology utilization and management projects. This
includes security both physical and hardware/software, monitoring tape silo
usage, and recommending methodology for more efficient utilization.
Evaluate alternatives for more efficient and effective accomplishments of

Control-M Scheduling Team Leader/Operations Supervisor 01/99 to 10/02
Helped to develop a four-person team performing all Control-M functions to
include some release management. Schedule all production processing for
seven systems. Research and troubleshoot all Control-M issues and
problems. Work closely with customers coordinating all their scheduling
needs. Verify all jobs are scheduled correctly for all systems each
morning. Currently in the process of restructuring Control-M to be
standardized for all seven systems. This will make for a much more user-
friendly application. Negotiate with software vendors for training
packages. Developed a training program for new tape operators and helpdesk
