Managed a Job Development Unit of 12 Job Developers who were
responsible to develop new business opportunities and make
employment placements for a disadvantaged population.
Responsible for managing the adherence and compliance of the
organizations Job Development guidelines and practices including
implementation, tracking and monitoring of key performance
metrics via dashboards using a CRM system called SalesForce.
Conducted monthly caseload assessments and evaluations for the
Job Developer unit. Assisted Job Developers in their short and
long term sales strategies to ensure placements, new businesses

audits, monitoring our M/W/LBE goals, training of new staff,
relationship management for internal and external customers and
vendors. The operations center had a staff of four Operations
Managers and 36 technicians. As a team we reduced the overall
contract operations costs by 35% by developing process maps,
redeveloping fleet software, streamlining work flow processes
and developing work performance metrics.
