In Indian Space Research Organization I was concerned with various

experimental test like vibration test, Thermal test cycle, Co efficient of

thermal expansion (CTE), Co efficient of Moisture Analysis (CME) of many

payload like INSAT-3D, Youthset, and of various space component etc.

I was doing there medaling of various components with the help of Pro-E

then imported in Hyperwork's hypermesh for meshing. After meshing,

component is analyzed in Nastran/Patran.

In modal analysis, I was doing there both sine and random analysis.

Moreover I have little bit knowledge of optics field, in ISRO I also worked

on satellite's primary mirror design.

2) Cad-Mach machinery company Ltd Ahmedabad. Aug 2008 to Oct

2008

(As a apprentice (Diploma)) India

In cadmach machinery company Ltd I was in production, planning and control

department and was responsible for implementation of new techniques like

flexible manufacturing system, effective use of material and recourses etc.

Project during college

1) Hydraulic Lid Post Mechanism for Induction Furness. ( B.E)

May-2008

This mechanism was completely working on principle of Hydraulic pressure.

We had designed it for 2 meter high furnace cell. This mechanism is used

for lifting the furnace cell cover. First it lifts the hot cover and then

swing it aside. No men required for this operation.

2) Ball turning attachment ( Diploma) Dec-

2004

Ball turning attachment is used for making round shape to the various

shafts. In mass production we have to save time so this attachment was

specially designed for rapid operation and this can save time with money.

Attachment was light in weight and economically reasonable.
