Sales and Marketing NAFTA - Electrical and Electrical Mechanical Customers-

Primary focus is with in the Tier One supply base and as required the OEM's

Develop new business and product opportunities within the current supply

base, develop new customers, Reduce the reliance with our largest

customers identify our business cycles and timing, establish a new sales

base line and build a Detroit team and office.

In the short time I have been with Prettl I have been successful in

identifying key customers, new markets, new product opportunities and

establish top relationships with in the Tier One's, currently we are

actively quoting $25 Million dollars in new business.

As the sole business development manager at JAC Products reporting directly

to the V.P. of sales I played the lead role in transforming the company

from a small $30 million dollar a year business to $220 million. All while

maintaining a focus on our core products but also moving JAC products into

different products, markets and customers. During the last 4 years I was

able to change the profile of JAC Products from a company reliant on the

traditional big three automakers to 80 % of the sales revenue is now from

Asian and European automakers including booking $20 million in new business

in 2008. My strongest relationships and global networks continue to be at

Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Mazda, Nissan, Mobis, Hyundai, Kia, BMW and Daimler.

My role included managing three different outside sales firms with offices

located throughout N.A., Korea and Japan, marketing JAC Products as a

company with a global foot print, long term planning and forecasting across

all regions by using our own intelligence network and working with J.D.

Powers and CSM directly. This role included an insight into new trends in

products, designs, manufacturing techniques and incorporating them into our

plan and our customers.

Prior to becoming a business development manager I was a program manager,

bringing to JAC Products the foundation of the current corporate program

management system currently in place. As a program manager I was able to

manage and launch some of the most complex and shortest lead time programs

in the company history. Even in the role of business development I assumed

the program manager responsibility on many occasions to support our

customer's requirements and providing relief in troubled situations.

Through my career development I have been able to maintain solid skills in

Microsoft products including Project.

I have a through understanding and application of injection molding, Roll

Form, Stamping (large and small), Fabrication, Aluminum Extrusion, Die

Casting, prototyping etc.

Other Key Successes:

. Instated JAC Products at SIA (Subaru Indiana Assembly), SOA (Subaru of

America) as the single source for luggage racks including SIA resourcing

the business from a incumbent Keiretsu supplier (this program will be JAC

Products largest single roof rack program launching in the summer of

2009) - December 2009 Motor Trend Magazine has just called the

application of this roof rack "Pure Genius!"

. Established Toyota as JAC Products largest customer by developing strong

relationships and understanding the customer's needs and requirements

(Toyota will make up more than 25% of the total sales for JAC)

. At Toyota developed the new 470L roof rack from vehicle concept to

production working directly with the chief engineer and the assistant

chief engineers, styling and product planning

. Positioned JAC as the primary source for roof racks at Honda N.A. and

Honda Accessory

. Established JAC Products into new markets (non automotive) and products

outside roof racks (other exterior trim components)

. Presented and developed business relationships and acquisition

opportunities within Asia and the USA. These targets were focused in

Japan and Korea where I played the lead introduction and review role

prior to bringing the top management team in

. International Market studies with Thunderbird University for new

business, products, markets, competitive, analysis and acquisition

targets

. Managed two outside sales rep agencies with offices located throughout

the U.S. supporting our in-house efforts

. Managed Japan sales staff and coordinated our efforts and contacts with

our European colleagues

. Managed the N.A. Mont Blanc Accessory business including marketing,

sales, product development, warehousing, supply and logistics

. As a Program Manager, amongst several other achievements I successfully

managed launching two of the most compressed timing programs in the

company history

. In the Program Management role maintained timing requirements, met budget

objectives and increased sales due to repeat business from on going
