QUALIFICATIONS

Thirty years experience in sales / tooling / engineering / and mold

making in the plastics industry. Several years of management

including foreman of twenty-five moldmakers in a high quality, high

production atmosphere. Experienced in scheduling of all production

and design needs meeting and/or beating quoted delivery dates to the

customer. Four years of intense sales including travel. Vice

President of Sales and Manufacturing in the start-up of a new business

with 20 people in the injection press area and 13 moldmakers. I served

as the tooling engineer / manager in a fast paced environment with all

related responsibilities including client interfacing. I am skilled

in developing business relationships with vendors and customers in

addition to working in an over-seas environment to establish a supply

chain.

I possess the ability to operate all machines in the tool/mold making

field, including programming experience with CNC machinery. Proven

ability to manage staff, multiple projects and priorities. Knowledge

and experience of development processes of plastics, prototype

machining, tool development, quoting, design, constructing and

repairing of complex molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

injection and mold building facility. Responsible for all sales,

tooling, plastic part quoting, mold building, quoting, design

reviews, product development, placement of outside tooling,

purchasing, employees, day to day operations, sales and client

meetings with product development in Medical Devices and

Consumer Products. Implemented the ISO 9001 certification

process and calibration programs. Created and implemented a

premium mold maintenance and repair program. Brought the

tooling department to state of the art capabilities with minimal
