Role Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities Leading a team of Business Analysts and QAs on one of CSC’ s

proprietary products – the Product Accelerator. This is a project to

include various P&C lines of business such as Personal Auto, Home

Owner’s, Farm Owner’s, Commercial Crime etc. in the base offerings

for PA.

Role Associate Manager

Led a team of Business Analysts for one of the largest US P&C

Responsibilities

insurer for the transformation of their Personal Insurance

(Personal Auto) Policy Admin application and their Agency Portal

for the Bond (Surety, ERISA) line of business. Worked on different

client-proprietary Policy Admin systems for these LOBs.

Led the functional testing aspect of a Lat -Am – India joint

development initiative for a major Lat -Am P&C implementation

involving 6 South American countries.

Reviewed the functional design documents prepared by the Lat-Am

team and suggested improvements.

Led the Business Analyst team and helped them on requirement

gathering from off-shore for a major US and Canadian Life insurer.

supervising the allocation of space in the various branch offices to

installation of network cables, server set -up, client set-up, network

set-up, trial runs and end-user training.

Supervised the change from manual method of working in various

offices of National Insurance to computerized Underwriting and

Accounts.

Work Location Gwalior and Indore. Supervised the IT installation and operation of at

least 10 offices in both the places.
