2002-Present Independent Insurance Adjuster/Appraiser
Independent Adjuster Resident Licensed in Florida, I have worked for
Pilot Catastrophe Service for Hurricane, Hail and Flood. I am Haag
Engineering certified for wind, hail, and earthquakes. NFIP certified
for flood, Citizens certified in Florida. I am working Daily Claims for
US Cat Adjusters, and PCR Services. I have worked Daily Claims for
Edison Insurance Company until they were sold and Security First in
South Florida, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.
I am currently doing appraisal work for Horace Mann and Bankers
Insurance. I am proficient with Xactimate 27.
2000-2002 Metrocall
I was recruited by Metrocall of Pensacola Florida to be the Director of
Sales for the Southeast region. I grew the sales staff from 32 people to
48 and Sales Managers from 3 to 6 with increased profit; reporting
directly to the Vice President of the Southeast Region.
1999-2000 Nextel
I was recruited by Nextel to fill the Sales Manager position in Buffalo
New York. I grew the sales staff from four people to ten people covering
Western New York and Pennsylvania, generating proportionate sales and
revenue
1996-1999 Rental Uniform Service
I joined the Rental Uniform Service Company to fill a newly created
Sales Manager position in State College, Pennsylvania. I grew the sales
staff from two to eight covering State College Pennsylvania, Rochester
New York, and Buffalo New York. During my time there I sold the largest
single account in the company's history at $6.4 million.
1988-1996 National Educational Consulting
I jointly founded National Educational Consulting, Inc. as Vice
President and General Manager I grew the business to 1.8 million in four
years. This was a computer based interactive learning system that
incorporated best practice instructions, incorporating sight, sound, and
touches in the learning process.
1970-1988 General Motors Corporation/Chevrolet Mtr Division
While at General Motors Corporation/ Chevrolet Motor Division I gained
experience in both the Service and Sales departments. While I was an
Area Service Manager I maintained the highest CSI level in the region.
When I was promoted to District Manager, I modified the distribution
system, and concurrently developed the Dealer Advertising Association,
which significantly increased market share in both car and truck moving
this district to first place nationally. I was then assigned to the
Advanced Marketing Committee which developed a national sales theme and
campaign.
