Experience
July 2010 -Present Help Desk Technician, The Greenbrier, W.S.S, WV
Duties include answering questions and solving computer related issues for
employees and guests of The Greenbrier Resort. These problems include but
are not limited to network, printer, computer, software and user access
issues.
Jun 2004 - Jan 2010. Network Engineer. ABB, Lewisburg, WV
Duties in addition to the responsibilities as a Vistanet Engineer I was
assigned to configuring the quotation tool used in every ABB Automation
office in the world. This quote tool uses Camos Developer Software and is
based in Object Oriented Programming. ABB Lewisburg does approximately 220
quotes per month with the monetary value exceeding a million dollars. I
had the responsibility of the ABB Support Line. The ABB Support Line
allows ABB customers to contact the plant for post sales problems. I would
either offer assistance to the customer or assign an incident to an expert
located in the ABB Lewisburg facility. In this capacity I was considered
Level 3 and Level 4 service support. I entered quotes into the quote
system using the workflow feature of Microsoft Outlook. Once the quotes
were complete the quote would then be sent to the customer. I traveled to
customer sites to secure orders or to lend technical assistance. I
traveled to Los Angeles, Quebec City, Oklahoma, Detroit, Charleston and
China on different projects.
Mar 2003 - Jun 2004. Vistanet Team Leader. ABB, Lewisburg, WV
Duties in addition to the responsibilities as a Vistanet Engineer included
managing two software engineers along with coordinating and delegating work
responsibilities in order to maximize the efforts of the data system team.
Other managerial duties included performance reviews, working through
personal issues and ensuring that the tasks of those people were completed
on time.

Duties included Vistanet quotations, Vistanet order entry, Vista Basic
programming, Network system design, creation of data system drawings,
creation and implementation of policies and procedures concerning Vistanet
