and analog circuits for the application, or in the manufacture of
microelectronics device and system. Familiar with micro sensor and
treatment. Interesting in semiconductor planar process.

- Design of circuits and system for the electronic control with PCB,
Manufacture of semiconductor device?sensor and integrated circuit with
BiCMOS and High Voltage CMOS process.
- Electronic testing and measurement in automation, familiar with test

analog and digital systems.

2008 to 2010: Haoyu Microelectronic CO., LTD Project leader.
In Research at Latch Up of analog and digital hybrid circuit chip during
high current operation, tradeoff by Chip layout and process.
Also be Leader in product certification team for the product of integrated
circuit chip, to establish process standard of Design and produce,
monitoring of process of design and manufacture.
2002 to 2007: Haoyu Microelectronic CO., LTD Project leader.
In design of real-time clock circuit, power management circuit. Foundry
process chosen, chip circuit system analysis, system partition, modules
define, simulation, test design, place and route, layout, MPW process, chip
test, trouble shooting, and product measurement automation in sampling
inspection with microchip 8051.
1998 to 2001: Semiconductor processing line of Huazhong Univ. of Sci.
and Tech.
Engineer.
Process design for the diffusion silicon-cup pressure sensor. To operate
the Phosphorus diffusion process and research at causation of resistance
diversification in silicon bridge arm and relationship between impurity
distribution and heating up process during the diffusion.
1995 to 1997: Semiconductor processing line of Huazhong Univ. of Sci. and
Tech.
Engineer.
Electronic polymer sensor design. Polyimide humidity sensor on the MOS
transistor gate with semiconductor process. Sputtering gold film and Photo
etching pattern of the film on the gate of MOS transistor. Spin coating the
polyimide liquor. Measurement of the sensor and establish of measurement
apparatus.
1990 to 1994: Semiconductor processing line of Huazhong Univ. of Sci. and
Tech. Engineer.
Design on a speed-detecting ASIC chip, Optimization of on-resistance in
power VDMOS transistors, Parameters design of unit structure for power
VDMOS devices.
