System, Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD), and the ductwork from

existing air heater to the existing chimney for Minnesota Power

Boswell Energy Center Unit 3 (300 MW). Prepared CO2 capture Front End

Engineering Design package for WOLVERINE in Michigan.

July 2006-Nov.2006 Responsible for the preparation of front-end package

for REPSOL La Plata Refinery's Coker A Revamp.

Project / Validation Engineer

. Led all engineering activities for validation, such as P&ID preparation,

Preventive Maintenance (PM) and SOP review for Clean Steam generation, DI

water generation, USP water system, Albuterol compounding room and

Steroid plant. Verified the slope, welding and material documentation of

the new USP water piping system. Managed team of fifteen engineers during

the assignment.

Principal Project Engineer

. As a member of SINCOR (Total-Statoil-PDVSA) PMT team in Caracas he was

responsible for interface coordination with other EPC contractors, review

of project documents and supervision of all interface issues for the

integrity of the plant for a year.

. Performed the project engineering and design coordination duties of the

SINCOR Jose Upgrader Project in Venezuela. The total estimating cost is

1.8 billion U.S.dollars. Duties also include the preparation of plot

plans, technical basis for the estimate, bid packages, documentation for

Venezuelan tax exoneration, contract changes, and job specifications.

. Prepared the front-end package of Crude and Vacuum Units for Refineria La

Pampilla in Lima, Peru.

Senior Project Engineer

. Responsible for the project engineering duties pertaining to the Ammonia

Plant of Novomendelevsk and the Methanol Plant of the Tobolsk

Petrochemical Combine in Russia.

. Coordinated all engineering and design activities for the Coke Handling

Facilities of Maraven's MREP project. Prepared technical section of the

EPC contract for the Jetty and the erection of the shiploader. During the

design and erection stage, was responsible for the coordination and

project management between the marine contractor, mechanical contractor

and the two other Venezuelan engineering companies. Total project cost

was $100 million.

. Supervised the preparation of P&IDs and safety upgrading of BASF's

existing Resin Plant in Greenville, Ohio. During the project execution

130 P&IDs were prepared and modified.

. Verified all mechanical installations to the CAMDEN RESOURCE RECOVERY

PLANT in Camden, New Jersey, prior to turnover to the client.

. Performed the project engineering duties for the CRUDE OIL PLANT of FINA

REFINERY in Port Arthur, Texas.

CHEMTEX CORPORATION, Edison, New Jersey 1987-

Project Engineer

Coordinated activities between disciplines, prepared P&IDs and data sheets,

developed equipment and piping specifications for DUPONT's SPUNBONDED

POLYPROPYLENE PLANT in Russia.

Design Leader

Duties included stress analysis of piping systems, steam jacketed pipes,

expansion joints, refractory lined piping, loads on turbines, compressors

(NEMA standards) and pump nozzles, and the preparation of spring hangers'
