Environment : J2SDK, J2EE, Apache Tomcat 4.0, Oracle 9i, ANT.
Description :
This project is intended to overcome the problems faced by the
universities and the colleges, by developing a system which automates
and assembles the information and uses Wi-Fi networking in the campus.
This helps in reducing the time consumed in traveling around the
campus to a great extent as any user can have access to the college
information through his Wi-Fi enabled devices such as laptops, PDA
terminals etc. This application provides the services while preserving
information confidentiality, rapid and reliable access to information,
manageability and costs.
