- Currently providing military readiness analysis and support to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast
Guard, Military Sealift Command, Navy component commands and, combatant commanders
located in the Southeastern U.S. and Norfolk, VA. Experienced Readiness Analyst for all class
Navy ships, Military Sealift Commands, fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Solid understanding of
the current SHARPS training matrices for Capabilities Based Training for HSM and HSL
squadrons.
- Local subject matter expert on Department of Defense Readiness Reporting System, (DRRS),
DRRS-N, and Tycom Readiness Management Systems Ashore and Afloat(TRMS),
