To whom it may concern -

The work history included herein does not describe all of my capabilities

and expertise. Although my latest field has been in mechanical design of

wet processing equipment for the semiconductor and other industries, I "cut

my teeth" in production/process industries, both in production and

management. Presented here are my qualifications:

Familiarity with various wet processes performed during wafer production,

including wet etching, reticle fabrication, "bump" and other types of

electroplating, wafer cleaning using various techniques and equipment

(including pre-EPI deposition, cleaning of quartz EPI reactor parts and

other wafer cleaning), resist removal (including post-gold plating

lift-off), E-stop etching, CMP, packaging, and work-in-progress

techniques and equipment.

Over 18 years engaged in multiple phases of equipment manufacture,

including proposal and quotation writing, writing/modifying all required

specifications & other design documentation, production of all

necessary drawings for manufacture of the equipment, site preparation,

installation, and customer training.

Over 25 years production-related experience, including equipment

maintenance and repair, equipment and process troubleshooting, waste

treatment, supervision, defect reduction, and quality and process control.

Have not only worked from technical manuals, specifications, schematics,

drawings/diagrams, and written and verbal instructions, but have

personally generated/written all of the preceding documentation and/or

instructions on a regular basis.

Used a variety of tools and techniques for problem solving, and possess a

variety of "people skills", with the ability to motivate others and make

effective use of both my own strengths and theirs.

Highly self motivated, with the ability to work well in a diverse team

environment.
