OBJECTIVE:
My name is Jeffery Willoughby. I am an experienced outbound customer advocate and power
entry operator formerly within the member services division of Health Care Service Corporation.

claims...
also within this time frame: worked 97S Medicare claims that came in with simplied Explanation of
Member Benefit (EOMB) attachments; sporadically worked State Medical Assistance Program
(SMAP) claims as well beginning in summer of 2002...
early fall 2003 until mid-summer 2004: utilized several support files to address membership edits,
etc. as they arised with Electronic Media Claims (EMC) in order for these claims to pass through
main system.
Mid-summer 2004 until November 13, 2009: Customer Advocate...Welcome/Outbound Call
Center...initiated welcome calls to new subscribers and also some open enrollment calls...also
dealt with ID card requests and performed basic benefit quotes.

Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts...approximately 100 total hours with 3.96 g.p.a...only 2
grades of B during my entire enrollment...all other grades were A's. Withdrew passing from 2
courses in November 2000 to enter job market.
