- Perform 3G network initial and fine tuning (parameters adjustments and
antenna system physical changes).
- Perform and analyze Drive Test data (Genex Probe - Huawei and TEMS -
Ericsson).
- Propose optimizations to warranty a high quality in voice and data service.
2G and 2.5G (GSM, GPRS, EDGE) network planning and optimization in Nokia
Network:
- Design and planning of 2G networks. Software assisted planning (Optimi
AFP).

- Perform simulations of 2G network (Wizard- Optimi).
- Perfom design and propose New Site to offer a Good Coverage and High

Ericsson).
- Identify and propose solutions of hardware problems.

planning and optimization in Lucent Network:
Design, planning and optimize CDMA network.
CDMA Optimization using IS 95A and IS2000
- Perform simulations for CDMA and EVDO networks (Wizard- Optimi).
