BBA U.S. Holdings, Inc. /Fiberweb plc, Wakefield, Massachusetts

Division Counsel responsible for all legal work in North and South America

for what is now Fiberweb plc, a $1.0+ billion developer, manufacturer,

supplier and distributor of products for the life science, consumer,

industrial and healthcare industries

. Advised upon regulatory matters, reviewed advertising, labeling and

marketing materials for products being sold and distributed

domestically and internationally and monitored sales and marketing

practices

. Provided legal advice and support for compliance and regulatory

matters including anti-trust/competition, pricing, FCPA, Fraud and

abuse laws and the termination of contracts with distributors and

sales representatives
