environment has total of 34 servers (Windows and Solaris),
3 clusters, with Oracle DB on Solaris with LDAP and ADSI
authentication. The CTI is provided by Altitude Software
with Avaya PABX's.
My main duties are to Manage and support the Siebel
environments and manage the team.

team due to Siebel/SAP integrations.
Among the Applications/Technologies involved in the project
was Siebel, Witness, FileNet PANAGON, ARS REMEDY.
