Production, has development, tests and QMS Siebel

environments with a total of 40 servers. The production

environment has total of 34 servers (Windows and Solaris),

3 clusters, with Oracle DB on Solaris with LDAP and ADSI

authentication. The CTI is provided by Altitude Software

with Avaya PABX's.

My main duties are to Manage and support the Siebel

environments and manage the team.

was Siebel, Witness, FileNet PANAGON, ARS REMEDY.

TIBCO integration team and CTI Team (Altitude).

I was responsible for the reviews of these consultants,
