Project Overview SPAR Portal is web tool for atomization Invoice,

generation. SPARPortal is used to upload data which

SPARPortal makes upload in the form xls sheet.
User can create and search upload (Invoice and

Project Overview The LSRV(Local Service Request Validator)
application is designed to process order requests
from an upstream system(PME) by validating the
data, editing the request using the ILEC's business
rules and formatting an LSR(Local Service Request)
for the designed ILEC(Incombate Local exchange
carrier). LSRV also processes PreOrder request from
updstream systems LIFE(Local Integrated Front End)
and VIT(Virtual Integration Tools).
The LSRV VI(Visual interface) application is
designed to provide Web based end user access to
all of the LSOG LSR data files that are currently
supported by LSRV for all the LSR order types that
are contained in the LSRV database. Its primary
function is the creation, modification, correction
and supplementation of active orders that were
initially processed by LSRV.
There are two ways to create orders by using LSRV
VI and PME. LSRV VI is the web based GUI
application and will run on web server. LSRV VI is
used to create the orders by manually PME is the
upstream application, which will send XML based
order requests to LSRV by automatically as batch
process.

service to be launched for STC.
