Provide safety training to drivers and owner operators, while maintaining training records.

Manage and develop all DQ files in accordance with CFR title 49 for

company drivers and owner operators. This includes annual reviews and driver

license DMV point reviews. Insure proper record retention in accordance with 49 CFR.

Implement and establish controls and auditing for driver hours, records, and

proper retention time.

Implement loss prevention and accident/post accident procedures.

Manage and maintain proper maintenance records for company equipment.

Make sure all locations are DOT compliant for vehicle maintenance records. Insure all

USDOT; MC, MCP, CA BIT programs and other regulatory licenses
