Project 3: Tax Bond Model (TBM)
SCBSL-Tax is tax accounting and reporting system, it is tracking and
calculating tax cost basis of Securities in FM portfolio, and primarily
used by corporate tax accounting team. The main output of SCBSL-Tax is the
user reports to provide the results of tax security Amortization, Sales
gain/loss, and Mark-to-Market. It also interfaces with Hyperion-DTA and QRM
system to provide data for tax forecast.
Project 2: Premium Discount Tax (PDTax)
PDTax application is designed to amortize for tax purposes, premium &
discounts resulting from Acquisition by Fannie Mae of mortgage loans and
mortgage backed securities (MBS) in accordance with the provisions of IRC
and approved change in accounting method (CAM) request. The application
will compute and track mark to market (MTM) adjustments for loans and MBS
designated as held for sale (HFS) for Tax purposes.
Project 1: LIP Impaired Securities Tracking (LIST)
LIST was developed to execute impairments on securities in the LIP
portfolio.
The LIST processes accretion of impairment, amortization adjustments, and
adjustments to sales, relief for impaired securities and the mark to market
for the LIP. The LIST produces the adjustment amounts that will support
journal entries made in to the general ledger.

Project 1:
QA & Test Consultant
Worked on testing of Data warehouse project in verification of Credit Card
decision making system INCARD. INCARD application is a rules engine based
decision enabler based on the financial client's decision requirements.
Once an application is received INCARD uses the various rules set-up,
credit policies and the Fraud Meta Model to approve and authorize an amount
or reject an application. For online applications, the decision is conveyed
immediately by sending the approval status as response.
Project 2:
I-BEAM Investment center provides the customers to view and manage their
Account Information that consists of Account Holdings, Activity and Order
Status. The customer can perform online trading for Securities, Mutual
Funds and Additional investments. This is a web-based application developed
in Java and the database was Oracle.
Environment: JAVA, J2EE, Oracle 9i, HP UNIX 10.20, Weblogic 8.2, Rational
Clear Case, Rational Clear Quest, Windows NT/2000, Test Director, MS-

Responsibilities:
. Analyzed business and system requirements and developed test
strategy for testing the application
. Created Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts and Business scenario's
based on the business and functional specifications.
. Used mocked up data and SQL PLUS/TOAD to create and execute SQL
scripts for back-end data validation.
. Monitor the successful running of the UNIX scripts/jobs to
verify the loading of bulk-load files from source into the
target reporting database.
. Verified within each module, that the proper events, SQL calls, functions
and procedures were executed without error and that all complied with the
established business requirements specification.
