agreement I was asked to monitor the market and if needed to acquire other companies

and integrate them into Hostway Romania witch I did and three companies were merged

into the local office in less than an year. Created internal infrastructure and set

the path for Hostway to be ranked #1 hosting & domain name provider in Romania from

the second year of establishment in Romania. Creating "division" style organization

matching the worldwide offices and interconnect the local office with their

respective counterparties/teams in other countries.
