merging, modernizing and consolidating all areas of receiving inspection
and engineering support to maximize manageability of scarce resources.
o Evolved from incoming inspection to a strategic supplier alliance to
facilitate Just-In-Time (JIT) material procurement.

STD-454 at an off-site facility. Led intimate customer interface and
