Due to the housing recession I am looking forward to any new

MY EXPERIENCE

Drafting

. Produced drawings using Autocad 2010 and 2011 drafting mechanical parts

for an elevator

company and drafted construction plans for several land development

consultants.

. Drew maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to

represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations and

structures using Civil 3D.

. Finished and duplicated drawings and documentation packages, according to

required mediums and specifications for reproduction using blueprinting,

photography, or other duplicating methods. I have a working knowledge of

earthwork digitizing software.

. Reviewed rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering

data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design

concepts.

. Drafted plot plans, improvement survey plats, ALTA surveys and landscape

surveys using AutoCAD 2009 and 2011. Also drafted overall utility,

street, grading and utility as-built plans. Experience with Microsoft

Word, Excell, Access, Power Point and Outlook.

Surveying

. Verified the accuracy of survey data including measurements and

calculations conducted at survey sites.

. Searched legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain

information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.

. Prepared and maintained sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions

of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.

. Directed and conducted surveys to establish legal boundaries for

properties, based on legal deeds and titles.

. Prepared or supervised preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps,

records, and documents related to surveys.

. Wrote descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases,

or other legal documents. Field Surveying experience includes utility,

topo and utility as-builts.

Planning

. Participated in and support team planning efforts.

. Prepared reports, using statistics, charts, and graphs, to illustrate

planning studies in areas

such as population, land use, or zoning.

. Researched, compiled, analyzed and organized information from maps,

reports,

investigations, and books for use in reports and special

projects.

. Prepare, develop and maintain maps.
