Responsibilities included:

Develop and maintain a multi-tier training curriculum consisting of beginner, intermediate and advanced

levels of training focused on applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.

Provide Microsoft training to associates.

Interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Provide technical support, as needed, to users via phone, email, and in person.

Provide prompt responses to users for problem resolution; solve problems by corrective procedures.

Inventory PCs and relocate PCs to and from user workstation.

Configure PC and install all operations systems and company software.

Installation of needed peripherals and software, physical attachment of PC to network, install and maintain

peripheral equipment such as printers, faxes, scanners, etc.

Set up user email accounts & map network drives, AD, User accounts.

Plan and implement projects such as migrations, upgrades and implementation of new technologies.

Perform other hardware and software tasks as assigned.

Maintain awareness of trends within the technology industry
