Application Support for EuCan Data Warehouse

The Project EuCan Data Warehouse (EDW) includes a Central data

mart layer and a Cognos framework on top of it to Support countries

requirements for reporting and analysis capabilities. We were supporting 20

countries across Europe and Canada and more countries expected to be added

in the new releases. It involves supporting the EDW (European data

warehouse) for Pfizer. This comprises of job monitoring in Datastage,

Loading the data from the source to EDW supporting all the jobs meant for

loading the data. It also involves development of queries based on user

requirement on European data mart.

Job Responsibilities include:

. Acting as a Module Lead in providing Support to EDW (European Data

warehouse) for the client Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

. ?nterfacing with Project Leads for assessing client's requirements &

finalizing technical specifications.

entire interface fits into the NSI framework and will use its architecture

system. The project involves onsite and offshore in sync for requirement

specification, followed by design, coding and testing the same.
