Regional EHS&Security Manager

$6.1 Billion global leader in cleaning, sanitizing, food safety and

infection prevention products and services, used in the food & beverage and

healthcare markets with 26,000 associates.

Multi-site management for two manufacturing facilities and one distribution

center- three direct reports - $650K budget and reporting KPI to corporate.

. Responsible for EHS&Security policy and procedure development, OSHA

300 logs, KPI's and workers compensation claims management and return

to work approval status.

. Annual budget development for third party services and ordering safety

waste water outflow 25% to the local POTW, saving $58K per year in

waste water treatment chemical cost.

. 2007 - Six Sigma procurement project saved the corporation $757K -

minimizing the number of vendors used globally for safety supplies.

North America and Mexico EHS&Security Director

Assigned EHS&Security director - multi-site management for (12) North

America manufacturing sites, one manufacturing site in Mexico and multiple

customer project sites. (15) direct reports -$2.6 MM budget, OSHA-VPP,

behavioral safety, environmental permitting/ hazardous waste disposal

oversight and OSHA, ISO and EPA compliance auditing, corrective action

development, employee and process hazard elimination for all sites.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

. 2005- 8 of the 12 facilities achieved (Zero) OSHA injuries.

. 2003-2005 -8 of the 12 facilities achieved VPP Star status.

. 2003 - won "Presidents Safety Award" reducing OSHA incident rate 76%

and W/C claims 93% in less than 36 months - contributing $850K in W/C

cost savings.
