Programming Projects
Name: Collada Parser
This project was what I worked on during my externship at Virtra
Systems. I worked on making a Collada parser that goes through the XML
code and sorts through the information in each of the XML tags.
Name: The Last Space Defender
It is like the older game "Galaga", except horizontal (a basic version
of it). I created this game to show my understanding of: the usage of
implementing header files, usage of arrays, random numbers generators,
implementing FMOD to play sounds, texture mapping and texture
animations (using an alpha channel), demonstrating loop functions and
conditional statements, structs, key events, time, collision
detection, movement and usage of OpenGL.
Name: Easter Egg Hunt
My most impressive accomplishment yet. This game lets the user move a
sprite around to find the five hidden Easter eggs. With the exception
of time, random number generators and structs it does everything "The
Last Space Defender" game can do. It also contains classes, light and
camera manipulation. The main purpose of this game is to display
object oriented programming, clear commented code and well-formed code
structure.
