of Financial Tracking which provide means to track and bill deductibles.

Financial Tracking is made up of a number of processes and systems and

their implementation was in 11/01/1993 and loss and/or expense payments

which are owed to St. Paul Travelers by the insured because a loss

occurred, which the insured is legally liable to pay. These Retention

agreements are the portion of an insured's loss that is not paid for by

insurance, which the insured will contribute towards the settlement of the

The Legacy Travelers system manages the billing of the Loss Sensitive

Funded Accounts that have opted for EFT Payments and Wire Transfers as the

payment method. LCF, Claim Handling Charges and certain other expenses and

taxes are also billed for some customers using this system. Tracer which

acts as billing tool, bills the policies which are primarily of Deductible,

Retro, Self-insured and Captive. The System receives claim information from

the claims systems and immediately pays the payee a check of the claim

amount from the Funds established by the insured. Then Tracer bills the

Insured for replenishing this Escrow amount (Pre-established Minimum Fund).

Tracer is implemented in coolgen and Etracer plays a role

providing all Customers billing data from tracer database and generates

them in crystal reports.

bookchase service, facilities for publishers, consumers and libraries.

Publishers will use the site in order to learn about bookchase.com and to

sign up to use the service. Consumers will use the site for all activities,

looking at industry news, using the discussion groups and buying books. The

bookchase.com site provides an ordered list of links to publishers'

websites and the ability to search for titles, authors, ISBN or publisher.

These facilities are available to all visitors to the site.JSP is used for

content.
