TB sized databases. Supported OLTP and DSS development. Lead Oracle HA, RAC, RMAN, Data Guard

technology tests in VMWare following MAA. Performed Oracle 12c feasibility study. Oracle technical lead of

VMWare consolidation. Played key role in former Data Center consolidation activities. Technical lead of pension

systems migration. Offloaded user demand on DWH by implementing daily refreshed shadow database. Implemented

new features (Data Guard, Flashback DB) saved 20% of storage space. Coordinated production archiving gained

40% (of total) expensive server disk on 20 additional clones. Grid Control super administrator role taken. Supported

upgrade project: 80% of production DBs were upgraded to 11gR2 (OLTP/DWH) in close teamwork between Oracle

Expert Services, QA and Unix teams. Participated in preparation, migration, post activities in whole platform

movement from MVS to AIX including naturalization of Oracle and third-party technologies like RMAN, standby

database, Grid Control, IBM flashcopy.
