Working in a call center doing Tier 3 Technical Support for T-Mobile. Assisting

customers with the setup and use of cellular devices,mostly unlocked/unbranded devices

from overseas or other carriers and their use on the T-Mobile network. Filing of trouble

tickets and follow-up on the same tickets with engineering teams to locate network

outages or issues with specific lines of service.

Sept 2006 – Sept 2007 Cingular Wireless Bothell, WA

Answer phones in a fast paced call center environment. Answering customer questions

about billing and service related issues. Troubleshoot network/device issues. Coordinate

with management team and specialists to keep

cases/commitments that are filed for customers from being lost.

test and find bugs in unreleased games. Job required the ability to do lots of repetitive

actions within the game to reliably reproduce a bug. Also the ability to write a coherent
