HILL COUNTRY HARBOR LLC - The Harbor at Possum Kingdom, Graford, Texas (
2007-2009
Development / Project Manager, Sales Executive: Strategic development
planning for a $360M residential / commercial/marina project, with over 700
condo and single family units, encompassing 65 staff members and 30
subcontractors employing more than 200 laborers,. Managed all aspects of
$12M worth of construction operations, including competitive bidding,
negotiations, road work, utilities, budgets, and on-site quarry functions
totaling 200K+ tons of material (in 4 months). Responsibilities including
planning/development phases, design/construction of streets, sewer / water,
and additional infrastructures covering 9 miles in compliance with
regulations (EPA, Texas Water Commission, and Brazos River Authority) and
permit requirements, re-design build on sewer plant created savings of
$1.3M.
. Contributed $10M sales in 18 months through expert representation.
. Cut expenditures by more than $2M through quarrying of rock on-site,
delivering savings totaling over $1.5M in streets, $350K in decorative
stone work, and $500K in landscaping / exterior stone work.
. Facilitated expansion for the development of marina, condo, and single
family / recreational facilities and amenities.
