Introduced HelpDesk (using web-based BugTracker.NET), Asset Management

(with AdventNet AssetExplorer) and monitoring system (with SNMP and CACTI )

for core of the network.

Was responsible for IT team management, network equipment and servers, IT

projects.

2009 - accomplished project of replacing a paper system of reporting with

confirmed savings of $ 25,000 per year, using custom programs (VB.Net/C #),

MS SharePoint, Adobe PDF, and cryptography from ItextSharp.

The project included:

-deployment the infrastructure- Network PostScript Print Server, PostScript-

to-PDF transformation Service, OCR Service, SharePoint Server and set of

the libraries.

- development the applications to connect the infrastructure components to

each other and to apply the electronic signature to the PDF file.

The project required Visual Studio 2003, Visual Source Safe, reverse

engineering on the ItexShartp library with Reflector.NET

2008 - replaced communication lines of the factory with confirmed annual

savings of $25,000 while maintaining and improving the quality of

communications.

2008 - introduced multilingual Help Desk for Incident Management in 3

languages (Russian, English and Italian) with the use of open source with

IIS, VB.Net/C #, MS SQL. Help Desk drastically improved the communication

between users and support.

The project included:

- deployment the infrastructure- IIS Server, MS SQL SERVER, .NET platform

- development the ASP.NET application and creation the database to track

the issues from the Russian users, to translate issues to English and

Italian for the Italian support team and to track\translate solutions back

to the Russian language. The project have been developed on the base of

ready Help Desk software. The main programming issues have been

concentrated on the integration the Google Translation Service with the

Help Desk.

The project required Visual Studio 2003, Visual Source Safe, T-SQL

knowledge, reverse engineering on the database of Help Desk software,

working with an external services experience.

OJSC MegaFon, Moscow, Russia

IT Specialist/Consultant, 2006 - 2008

2008 - participated in a project of implementing Altiris/Symantec Service

Desk for IT team of 90 technicians and 1000+ of users/desktops based on

ITIL.

Project was successfully completed within four months. I prepared the

documentation, service levels, custom forms.

The project included:

- deployment the infrastructure- IIS Server, MS SQL SERVER, .NET platform,

Altiris/Symantec Service Desk

- creation the database and development two windows Services to integrate

the data in Altiris SD through integrated SOAP service with the external

data sources (different incident-tracking systems).

The project required Visual Studio 2003 (C#, VB.NET), Visual Source Safe,

T-SQL knowledge, Windows Services and SOAP service technology klowledge,

reverse engineering on Altiris/Symantec ASP.NET libraries.

In 2007 - participated in successful start of corporate portal aimed to

improve interaction and interconnection of 12000 employees and dozens of

databases/applications over the company with MS SharePoint Portal.

Project was successfully completed within four months.

The project included:

- deployment the infrastructure- IIS, MS SharePoint 2007

- preparation site templates, developing web-parts, creating special-

purpose sites, special-purpose SharePoint lists with event handlers,

developing Windows Service with C#, for data replication between

SharePoint Lists and external XML data sources.

The project required Visual Studio 2003 (C#, VB.NET), Visual Source Safe,

knowledge of Web-Parts technology, event-handlers technology, Windows

Services and SOAP Services technology.

In 2006 supported an ERP/Accounting system for more than 3000 of users by

patching and developing the system, using the internal language 1S and T-

SQL, VB.NET, VBScript, ADO, MS SQL, MS Visual Source Safe. Offered solution

to accelerate the accounting reports in dozens of times.

Nortel - Mera, Nizhnny Novgorod, Russia

Programmer, 2005 - 2006

As programmer of Nortel Meridian 1 opt11 PBX participated in the releases

of new versions of software code: debugging, tracing, bug fixing, testing

of the core of PBX using C, SL1, Rational Clear Case.

I was solving the problems in the software.

The job included:

- analysis of the particular strange behaviour the software of the call

station following the requests of the clients.

- debugging the software on the ASM-like language (more than 2 millions

rows of the code in the main branch).

- submission the solution to the release and deploying the patches.

- functional testing of new releases of the software.

The activity required c, C++, ASM-like languages debugging and programming

skills, reverse engineering on the core of the call station software,

versioning with the Rational Clear Case, working with the hardware of

Nortel, working in Sun Solaris environment experience.

OJSC Lepse, Kirov, Russia

Lead System Engineer, 1999 - 2005

I was responsible for the IT team that was installing and maintaining of

network server operating and application systems. I was also supervising

network hardware equipment - switches (3Com), ADSL routers (Cisco) and

planning network architecture.

I introduced the Novel Directory Service, Novel Servers, MS SQL Server,

Citrix terminal access technology. Developed the IT Infrastructure from 50

users in 4 buildings to more than 15 buildings and over the 400 users.

The second part of the job was to offer modern technologies in the data

processing. I brought the multi-tier technology into the practice

introducing the MS SQL Server and thin-client tech. I was giving trainings

to developers about the use of CASE tools

- how to describe business processes in IDEF0 notation using PBwin

- how to analyze databases using IDEF1X notation in ERwin

- how to use UML to create object-driven systems.

I developed couple of ASP application for the sales-reporting system.
