Maintained full accountability for overseeing all aspects of project
management activities, with responsibility for improving operational
efficiency of multiple early feed projects, including concept development
utilizing Crystal Ball reporting. Spearheaded the development,
implementation and project support for the database program known as PIMS
system, with an emphasis on processing, storing, sharing and archiving
project information. Authored and submitted project reviews required for
company capital approvers.
Key Projects:
. BASF Chemical Corporation, Freeport, Texas. Executed the ground up
erection of structural steel, for a betain handling building and an
associated production building, within the existing plant.
. HIMONT U.S.A., Inc., Lake Charles, Louisiana: Performed ground up
construction of 10,000 pounds per hour polymer resin production
facility (new formula composition); complete with HV switchyard
interface, Honeywell TDC3000 Control System, and major material
handling systems.
. Kelly Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas: Handled all facets of ground
up construction of a corrosion control maintenance facility on the
taxiway of Kelly Air Force Base, including state of the art
installation.
. Kelly Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas: Maintained the Construction
of a heavy duty material Depot Warehouse facility, including the stand
up wall erection techniques, conventional slab roof panels, interior
office rows, fire control systems, loading docks, and communication
center.
. Potlatch Forest Products, Boise, Idaho: Oversaw the installation of a
control system revamp to the pulp mills' caustic plant, including the
management of daily work schedules and field assignments for this firm
fixed price job.

. Nekoosa Pulp and Paper, Ashdown, Alaska: Installed automated
programmed operating control systems for a new boiler burner and
building.
. Iowa Power and Lighting, Cedar Rapids, Iowa: Managed the integration
of the PROVAX control system for a turn of the century Power house
facility.
. Monsanto Chemical, Alvin, Texas: Executed ground up construction of a
new production unit, (SABH) facility.
. Lyondell CoGen, Channelview, Texas: Performed all facets of a unique
in-house developed project of the, at that time, world's largest
cogeneration facility feeding steam to ARCO's Lyondell and electricity
to the Houston lighting and power's grid.
