Job Responsibility :

V 2G and 3G Drive Test using TEMS 8.2.5

V Prepare documentation and report (Justification Packages, Closeout

packages, etc. ) for the entire site visited.(2G and 3G Report).

V Post Processing and Benchmarking 3G / 2G drive test using TEMS

investigation 8.2.5

V Exporting Log files on to Map info and text formats for analyzing.

V Making Coverage Plot, Making new road Map- with GPS and Map Info

Software.

V Coordinating and give on-site support for DT .

V Analyze drive test log files for new site, swapped and new additional

TRX on air site, by making sure frequency were correctly assigned,

site was absorbing traffic, all type of Handovers was in order etc

V Checking and Analyzing the RF Quality, Coverage, Interference,

Handover Behavior and Traffic Distribution aspects

V Drive test the area surrounding the site to determined the coverage

and handover. Checking the sites for any Drop calls and call

congestion.

V Checking New Site, co-location site, Re-homing, Expansion, Low power,

Cross Feeder, Cell Parameters, Trouble Shooting and all kind of Hand

over

V Testing (1.Intra-Site: Intra- band, Inter band 2.Inter-Site: Intra-

band, Inter-band.)

V Implementation of Neighbors for UTRAN and IRAT using WINOT software.

V Good knowledge of 2G and 3G (UMTS) and basic knowledge about Link

Budgeting, Propagation Model Tuning, Actix optimization tool.
