• In 2007, created a standardized Discipline Investigation Process that was utilized as an internal best

practice at ESI

• In 2006, effectively managed various community outreach initiatives and obtained unanimous approval

from local government officials to reissue $8MM in revenue bonds for General Electric Company (GE)

(Conflict Management; Effective Discipline Management; Effective Coaching Strategies ) at GE

As Pharmacy Operations Director, provide strategic HR leadership to all Pharmacy Operation locations,

including Front End Pharmacies and Fulfillment Centers (4000+ Employees/7 Non-Union & 4 Union

Sites/10 Direct Reports).

• Ensure key HR strategies such as performance management, compensation planning, talent management,

mentoring/coaching, employee engagement, change management, staffing strategies and leadership

development were effectively executed in a timely fashion across Pharmacy Operations

significant cost savings, improved alignment with corporate policies/procedures and increased

operational flexibility in 2007 (UAW) and 2008 (AFSCME)

• Achieved 61% reduction in the total number of grievances filed at ESI in 2009

• Tactically address various employee relations issues and developed a comprehensive union avoidance
