Began in the Production Line as a Machine Operator then as a Chocolate
Fillings Operator, progressed to Line Operator and currently working as a
Line Facilitator.
As a Line Operator, the main duties are running the production schedule of
the assigned shift. Supervise a crew of at least eight people. Additional
responsibilities include: monitoring settings of chocolate and make
adjustments when required; with support of facilities, keeping the line
running with minimum downtime; giving primary troubleshooting/problem
solving intervention to the line; monitoring the quality of product along
the production line; enforce company rules and procedures; responsible for
sanitation. Train new employees. Use of specialized software: ICS, JD
Edwards, RF Project .
As a Line Facilitator, I'm responsible for the tasks of the Line Operators
plus overseeing the production run for up to four production lines (30+
people) giving support to Line Operators to reach objectives. Re-Assign
employees to weak areas. Train and motivate new employees including Line
and Machine Operators.
Demonstrated working experience with production machinery within the
company. Knowledgeable in OSHA Safety regulations and norms of sanitation.
