Administrative Assistant/Receptionist . Meet and greet customer by giving information

on the community services and events. Screen visitors to enter the building by intercom

system. Answer telephone, direct calls, and take messages. Provide inventory and order

materials, supplies, and services. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain

information about the organization.

Operate office machines such as photocopier, voice mail system, facsimile, also computer.

Mail Handler. Lift and unload containers of mail or parcel that weigh up to 70 pounds

onto equipment stations. Performed activities associate with shipping, receiving,

distribution, and transportation. Determine manner in which mail are sent out and prepare

it for delivery to mailing facilities. Place incoming or outgoing letters or packages in sacks

or bins based on destination and place identifying tags on them. Used equipment such as

forklift and automated trains to move containers of mail. Sort and route incoming mail and

collect outgoing mail using carts as necessary.

Technical. Microsoft Office Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. In additions

a variety of software applications such as, electronic memos, letters, calendar and

envelope templates, created contact list, design charts, database, prepared presentation,
