Working directly with Event Manager and Senior Meeting Planner on 50+

meetings and shows support. These meetings and events range from Golf Day

Tournaments, Association Board Meetings, Cocktail & Receptions, & In-house

Meetings. Assist with Exhibit Sales, Space Applications, and Booth

Generate and update rooming lists. Work with hotel to prepare room set-up,

and vendors. Work with clients to develop meeting materials as necessary.

Prepare reports as required by client. Provide onsite support. Identify

tradeshow opportunities and assist in organizing participation in key

mail campaigns for specific lists. Manage Packet Content and Shipment for

various association conferences. Update member's database, process new
