I am a well diverse Industrial Engineer who has 20 years experience working as a facility manager or technician. I

am also very goal oriented as well as organized. My skills include extensive knowledge of Lean Management,

ISO9000 ISO9001, OSHA regulations and standards such as Lock/Tag out and Hazard Waste storage and

transport. Electrical and Mechanical trouble shooting, PLC and Servo programming and trouble shooting, VFD

drive programming, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Welding Tig and Mig. Electrical currents such as 4ma20 to

480v single and three phase, Extensive CNC repair knowledge up to 5 axis, Fabrication, can read Schematics and

Blue Prints. I am used to a High Speed Production Environment. I also have my Universal EPA certification.

2009 - 2011 Vloc Inc.

Facility Manager / EHS Manager:

Manage two military contracting facilities. My duties included but not limited to. Running the facilities day to day

activities from both within and coordinating outside contractors for different projects. My primary responsibilities

are facility maintenance of optical production machines. Duties include electrical trouble shooting, machine

rewiring, fabrication, and floor plan layout for new and existing production machines. Other responsibilities

include handling health and safety for two locations with 350 employees. Follow OSHA regulations and good

health and safety practices

2007 – 2009 Pelican Bay LTD.

Maintenance Manager:

Facility manager for a food production company. Some of my duties include the following. Making sure that health

and safety procedures were being followed, employee training on machinery, also the maintenance on the

machinery and building. Which includes Form Fill Machines, Conveyors and Metal Detectors, Cappers, Sealers

etc. In-charge of research and development on all new machinery and integrating those into our production lines. I

also test new product on our existing machines making any adjustments necessary. As maintenance manager I

handled the Programming of any PLC, Servomotors, or VFD drives. All maintenance issues were handled through

myself.

2004 - 2007 Surefeed Engineering

Department Supervisor:

I was in-charge of 25 people building electrical panel boards for high-speed printers and conveyors. Worked with

engineers on research and development of new products. I also did all the programming for PLC, VFD drives and

the entire electrical panel layout.

1999 - 2004 Lockheed Martin Aerospace

Maintenance Technician:

Maintain all fabrication machinery, which include: Laser, Metal Extrusion, Bladder Press, Breaks Press, CNC

Machines etc. Trouble shooting machinery for mechanical and electrical problems like PLC, Servomotors, VFD

Drives etc. I assisted the Safety Officer in making sure OSHA policy’s are be implemented and followed. I was in-

charge of the employee safety committees. Doing EPA activities suck as air quality sampling, water sampling, and

Tier reports. Received my EPA card.
