Abstract: This is a BizTalk implementation project to migrate the legacy

NCPDP 5.1 Pharmacy encounters inbound processing system to BizTalk 2006

process due to performance issues in the legacy system because of Huge

files that need to be processed (~100 MB Files). This project involved

architecting, designing and developing the BizTalk solution to handle the

NCPDP 5.1 transaction with the Pharmacy vendor RxAmerica.

This project is to develop new SSIS packages to synchronize the data

between the core system's data sources and ODS, which handles all the

failure scenarios that causes the data discrepancies and these new SSIS

package will eventually retire all the existing SSIS packages historically

used to synchronize the data.

comp plans needs to be programmed in the ZS PRISM using the custom ETL

built into the application. Also the Control Panel needs to be setup with

all the compensation components to calculate the payout for different

positions \ pay groups. And the reporting module needs to be configured to

generate the reports with the ever changing report requirements every

quarter.

on different business functionalities that were developed and maintained

for more than 15 years which includes batch and online applications. As

part of the migration we had to Extract the Business rules (BRE) from the

Mainframe code and Analyze, Design and Code the Batch and Web applications

adhering to the common architectural guidelines and coding standards.

communicates between the MOSAIX dialer and USAGE application, to fetch

appropriate business and customer information when the customer is online,

so that the call center professional can explain the products offered by

Citibank such as LOP Personal Loans, Credit Card etc.,. Also handles

customer call backs.

CMS-AVHAN to MOSAIX Dialer Migration - A call center's dialer migration

project to migrate the existing Soft Dialer AVHAN with a new powerful Hard

dialer named MOSAIX from Avaya Inc., as part of the call center expansion

operations. AVHAN dialer was unable to handle the current load and is

tightly coupled with call center application named CMS, which maintains

record of Citibank's loan, PreEmbossed and ADDON Card offers for Citibank

Customers to whom the call centre agents need to market the products.

Call Center Support - This involved developing application to reduce the

effort of support work required for the call center operations. The

Product offers and Customer contact information received from Citibank in

the form of huge spreadsheets are processed and loaded to the dialer's

database for the dialer to be able to dial and bring the customer online.

Developed the mentioned exchange maintenance aid applications and provided

maintenance and operations support.

Involved in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Database designed in Ms-Access.

Developed all the reports using Crystal reports 5.0.

Developed Terminal Emulation scripting in XTalk.

Trained the Exchange telecomm engineers to operate\deploy the application.
