MLCF Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant

Maple Leaf Cement Factory is located in district Mianwali, Pakistan. It

is one of the biggest cement plants in Pakistan. They have waste heat

recovery power plant designed by KAWASAKI Heavy Industries. Their power

production capacity is 18 MW. CENTUM VP is operating for more than two

thousands IOs for Six numbers of boilers and one Nanjing Turbine.

Design, Engineering and FAT was done in Singapore under YOKOGAWA

Singapore supervision.

BYCO Petroleum Pakistan Limited Karachi (BPL)

BCPL is one of the leading Oil refineries in the Pakistan, Centum CS

3000 R3.7 was installed there. The system is being upgraded to CENTUM VP

and the production capacity will increase that will make BYCO the

largest Refinery in Pakistan.

PAKISTAN Refinery Limited (PRL) Karachi, Pakistan

PAKISTAN Refinery is located in Karachi Pakistan. The Refinery has a

capacity of processing 47,000 barrels per day of crude oil. This

project is system migration Project, in which PRL is replacing from

Foxboro DCS to YOKOGAWA Vnet/IP system, for their Low Pressure Boilers.

FAT, SAT and commissioning has been completed successfully. All the

three boilers are in operation at full capacity. Commissioning of the

Plant was Hot Cut Over.

FATIMA Fertilizers is largest fertilizer plant in Pakistan. This plant

control system of following plants was designed under YOKOGAWA

Engineering Asia Singapore.

PAKARAB fertilizer Limited is one of the biggest plants in Pakistan.

This fertilizer plant is currently in operation in Pakistan. This

project was a system migration project in which Traditional Pneumatic

Control systems was replaced by Yokogawa's latest DCS CENTUM CS3000 R3

Vnet/IP System for Nitric Acid (NA) Plant successfully. All the

engineering, hardware installation, Pre-FAT inspection, Factory

Acceptance Test (FAT) were conducted in Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pte

Ltd. Head office Singapore.

DESCON Oxychem Limited, Pakistan

DESCON Oxychem is sister company of DESCON Engineering Pakistan, which

is an international EPC company. The Plant is in operation located in

Lahore Pakistan, the outputs of the plant are H2 and H2O2. This plant is

producing 70 ton H2O2 on daily basis. All the engineering and hardware

installation were done in Lahore Pakistan
