Plan and implement all aspects of construction and/ or renovation projects
with regard to customer needs, budget and execution. Work as a liaison
between project engineers and outside vendors to provide a coordinated
multidisciplinary effort to ensure successful project completion. Hold
regular meetings to determine customer/ user needs, ascertain public and
staff interaction with project, develop calendar of events for vendor
activity, and establish dialog within these departments with regard to
planning and scheduling needs. Completion of regulatory documentation as
well as provide input into policy development from a professional,
technical, or procedural perspective. Preparation includes space planning
new construction as well as relocations of existing departments, services
and staff. Work with customer/user to determine finishes of

projects to outside contractor trades-people throughout facility while

Managers to prioritize and develop improvement plans for their areas
