Trilogy is a $16Bn AUM long-only institutional global equities manager
benchmarking against MSCI ACWI, MSCI EAFE, and MSCI Emerging Markets
indices. It is a GARP manager with strong focus on fundamentals and
valuation.
Trilogy follows a 3-step investment process starting with quantitative
screening for the best companies, followed by rigorous fundamental analysis
(which includes meetings with company managements and financial statement
analysis, modeling, and valuation), and investment discussion between the
analyst(s) and portfolio manager(s). Risk management is driven by 3-
scenario analysis and downside price targets, in addition to position size
& sector allocation limits.

o All models outperformed in 2009: Global Tech Model outperformed by
850 bps (Model: 71%, Benchmark: 63%), Global Telco Model by 420 bps
(21% to 16%), and EM Telco Model by 720 bps (34% to 27%).
o Added International Tech as a fourth model in 2010 which
outperformed by 300 bps (17% to 14%). Global Telco Model
outperformed by 1660 bps (28.2% to 11.6%), Global Tech Model
outperformed by 150 bps (13% to 11.5%), and EM Telco Model was in
line with benchmark (14.5% each).
