In this position I insured product made on the grill was delivered to the customer quickly
and correctly. I trained current and new employees on correct food handling techniques and
procedures. I was also in charge of all food preparation, temperatures and food inventory.

Took orders for what would be shipped the following delivery for the dairy department.
Kept a current record of shelf and back stock inventory this was to ensured only current
dates on self as well as back stock. Received orders, maintained a manageable work area for
myself and other employees. Filled out weekly reports on inventory as well as salvage
materials that had to be pulled off the shelf or discarded. During my time working in this
department the out of stock count dropped 60%. This meant that on average there was no
product missing on the shelf six out of the seven days of the week.

merchandise and plano gram each section of the department. This involved pushing out
merchandise preparing certain items, while ensuring the merchandise was on file. Ensure
high sales, which helped our store become the number one seller of apparel products. Ran
the department employees, employees reported to me on task they were put in charge of,
ensuring that the employees stay on task and deliver excellent customer service. Closed the
department, closed cash drawers, and prepared nightly reports to management.
