Career Summary
Responsible for increased levels of responsibility in one of Ventura
County, California's oldest and largest professional architectural/design
firms. Performed extensive client, agency and consultant interface.
Successfully supervised numerous architects and planners and coordinated
key project team members numbering over twenty people. Project
construction budgets managed ranged from two hundred thousand to over fifty
million. Served as an architectural consultant to various cities as part
of their design and code development boards.

Managing Project Architect responsible for providing full architectural
services including client relations, development and obtaining complex

RiverPark Maintenance Facility - 25,000 square feet maintenance
facility for new
master plan community with emergency response center capabilities, 8
million in
estimated construction costs.
Saticoy Service Center - full service facility for County of Ventura,
California, including
public works department, engineering and fleet services on multiple
acre site, over 20
million in construction costs.
Wildlands Fire Service Center - multi building complex including
offices, training
center, maintenance facility built over a 4 year time frame.
Industrial:
Seagate Business Park - multi building industrial/office complex
valued over fifty
million in constructions costs.
Weyerhauser/International Paper - multi year master plan/expansion for
paper plant,
over five million in construction costs.
Corporate:
Procter & Gamble - entitlement, permit processing and coordination
for multiple
remodel and expansion projects for paper plant from two hundred
thousand to
several million in construction costs.
Waterway Plastics - corporate headquarters/manufacturing facility,
over ten million in
construction costs.
Mixed Use/Master Plan:
SouthShore - 300 acre residential/commercial/industrial/school/parks
over
two hundred million in estimated construction costs.
Harvard Place - mixed use housing/office/retail over five million in
construction costs.
East Village/Phase III - 100 acre high density residential master
plan including
school, commercial center and incorporating historic buildings.
Faith Based Projects:
Santa Clara Chapel Parish - 500 seat church campus and master plan,
over twenty
million in estimated construction costs.
Peace Lutheran Church - campus master plan and parking expansion,
phase one, five
hundred thousand dollars in construction costs.
