technical bench depth through performance management. Managed 50% increase in revenue within

one year, increased the following year profitability percentage without increase in revenue. Focused

on top areas of waste within the plant, conducted root cause analysis to determine key issue causing

$20k waste per month and set corrective measures in place to immediately improve this process,

savings of $240k in one year. Implemented process control systems reducing internal defects and

eliminated customer complaints on three types of common defects. Introduced Lean manufacturing
