The state of WI moved from their old legacy system to the new Forward
Health Interchange, which is now handled by EDS. Due to the social security
act of 2004, there was a requirement to not use Member SSN as the member id
that is displayed on the member ID card. So EDS converted the old SSN -
based member IDs to new 10 digit random numbers and created a crosswalk
between them.
Responsibilities:
