currently built using PowerBuilder and Actuate tools. The application is
being used across the world and in all the languages. The project is
executed for Citibank NA, New York on behalf of SAP Global Delivery, New
York from SAP GD office in Bangalore by Cognizant.
Responsibilities:
. Prepare and execute development project plan.
. Analyze, document the AS-IS system by interacting with SAP GD and
Citibank NA SMEs on existing application.

Payless wanted to build retail analytics application for recently acquired
Stride Rite Corporation on the existing platform. The current Stride rite
application is on excel and access database. The project is to build a data
mart for Stride Rite retail analytics replicating the scaled down version
of existing payless data model. The data load was built using DB2 SQL and
UNIX scripts executed using Mainframe jobs.
Responsibilities:
. Prepare maintain and implement project plan, assessment, analyze and
understand payless Decision.

Project Description:
The merchandising management group at Kohl's corporation wanted to build
Size Pack application
The current pack optimization engine is integrated into Kohl's new Order
Optimization and Allocation applications, however not all business cases
are adequately supported. This is a continuation of the Size/Pack
initiative for Kohl's.
The merchandising management group at Kohl's corporation had initiative to
create reporting applications on comparative merchandising sales, pre-
season assortment. It involved building 14 comparative reports and 4
complex static reports spanning three different applications. The major
challenge on these reports is most of reporting needed to be done on top of
application database as the business wanted real time data for quick
decision making on markdowns considering the precarious market conditions
apart from technology challenges of dealing with raw data. The approach was
to call stored procedure through the Crystal reports to access data across
multiple applications.
Responsibilities:
. Interacting with business in requirement gathering, design and develop
data mart and data extraction process from EDW. Plan, track and manage
development and implementation schedules.
. Develop and code Informatica mappings and workflows.

consumption of human power. The Showtime Event Scheduling System (SESS)
seeks to leverage the Event Data Entry Platform for process management,
automation, data integrity and show time program administration. This
system will facilitate planning, booking and execution of Showtime
Campaigns and Selling events, currently HEB is generating these reports in
excel format manually which is resulting in: Reports data is not accurate
due to the manual intervention, HEB Partners, Vendors are not able to view
the reports at their convenience which is causing delay in Business
decisions and performance management of the partners.

Intelligence systems at Medtronic Inc., USA. The global EDW & BI
architecture was redesigned and reengineered to make smarted decisions.
Responsibilities:
As onsite coordinator the responsibility was to provide technical
consulting in architecting the Business Intelligence systems. Implement an
effective onsite /offshore development and support model. Manage the
operations of Business Intelligence applications. Partner with global
partners and provide 24*7*365 support at significant cost savings. Create
and validate high level design changes, analyze and reconcile the reports
with source systems. Performance tuning of report SQL extracts on DB2 and
oracle tables. As lead technologist and system admin worked closely with
other Business geographies to make sure the systems are stable and resolved
most of the recurring problems. Planned and execute Business Objects
migration project from 5.1.5 to 6.1b. Technical interactions with external
vendors like oracle & SAP in providing optimum solution in reengineering
